Designed and executed by BnHaus, 360 Fitness Gym is a large-scale interior project in the heart of Islamabad's F-8 Markaz. The brief called for transforming a basement space with minimal natural light into a vibrant, high-performance fitness facility that could serve as both a training ground and a lifestyle destination.

One of the main challenges was addressing the lack of daylight. To mitigate this, the existing temporary ceiling boards were stripped away to expose hidden window fixtures and bring in as much natural light as possible. A waffle ceiling system was introduced, not only to add depth and character to the interiors but also to allow flexibility for future integration of additional lighting as the gym evolves.

The project was realized under a highly restrained budget, which demanded strategic, phased design decisions. Materials, finishes, and detailing were selected to balance durability with affordability, enabling the client to expand or upgrade elements as the business grows without compromising the immediate design integrity.

The resulting interior embodies an industrial-modern aesthetic, with exposed surfaces, clean lines, and a refreshingly bright palette. Circulation was carefully planned to anchor highintensity exercise zones around a central spine, ensuring both fluid movement and high energy throughout the gym.

Beyond workout areas, the design integrates a series of special features to enhance user experience and brand identity. These include a podcast room for the owner, a personal office, a media room, dedicated hydration corners, and fully equipped locker and changing facilities with a sauna. Together, these elements extend the gym's function beyond fitness, creating a multi-layered wellness and community hub.

Completed in 2025, 360 Fitness Gym transforms a challenging basement space into a dynamic environment that is adaptable, user-centered, and brimming with energy.
