PASHA House is a contemporary residential project designed in October 2024, conceived as a balanced expression of modern minimal architecture combined with practical spatial planning. The design responds directly to the client's brief of achieving a home that is both highly functional and aesthetically refined.

The spatial composition is organized around a double-height lounge, envisioned as the social and visual core of the house. This central volume allows ample natural light to penetrate the interior, enhancing openness while fostering interaction and togetherness within the living spaces. The verticality of the lounge strengthens spatial hierarchy and creates a strong architectural identity for the residence.

Careful attention was given to planning efficiency, circulation, and zoning, ensuring that each space serves its purpose without unnecessary complexity. Clean lines, restrained detailing, and a minimal material approach contribute to a calm and timeless residential environment.

PASHA House reflects a design philosophy rooted in clarity, light, and human-centered planning, creating a home that supports everyday living while maintaining architectural elegance.
